Welcome to TopShed! These terms explain how our store works and what you can expect from us — and what we ask of you in return. We've kept the legal jargon to a minimum, because we'd rather you actually read this.

Who We Are

TopShed is a certified reseller of Patiowell and Keter outdoor storage products. Everything you see in our store is a genuine product from these two brands — no imitations, no gray-market stock. When you buy from us, you get the same authentic product and the same manufacturer warranty you'd get buying directly from the brand.

Product Information

The photos, descriptions, and specifications on our product pages come directly from the manufacturers, and we do our best to keep them accurate and up to date. That said, please treat them as a guide:

- Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Accessories, furniture, tools, plants, and decorations shown in photos are for illustration only and are not included, unless the product description clearly says otherwise.
- Dimensions are provided by the manufacturer — always double-check the space in your yard before ordering.

Pricing and Payment

All prices in our store are in US dollars. Prices can change from time to time — promotions come and go — but the price you pay is always the price shown at checkout when you complete your order.

Payment is processed securely at checkout through trusted payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. In most cases, we confirm and process it right away. However, we reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in certain situations — for example, if an item unexpectedly goes out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If that ever happens to your order, we'll contact you right away and issue a full refund. We'll always make it right.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping is free across the continental US, with 2–3 business days of processing and 3–6 business days of delivery. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unassembled items. Full details are in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Patiowell and Keter are trademarks of their respective owners. We use their names, images, and product materials in our capacity as a certified reseller. All other content on this site belongs to TopShed.
