Return & Refund Policy

We want you to genuinely love what you bought from TopShed. But we also know that sometimes things don't work out — maybe the shed is bigger than you expected, maybe your plans changed. That's okay. Here's exactly how returns work with us, in plain English.

30 Days to Change Your Mind

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. That's a full month to measure your yard, check the color against your fence, and make sure it's the right fit for you.

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be:

- Unused and unassembled
- In its original packaging, with all boxes and parts
- In the same condition it arrived in

One important thing: once a shed has been assembled, we generally can't take it back. Assembly is essentially the point of no return — so if you have any doubts, please double-check everything before you start building. Open the boxes, inspect the panels, count the parts — that's all fine and doesn't affect your return.

What About Damaged or Defective Items?

If your order arrives damaged, with missing parts, or with a manufacturing defect — that's a completely different story, and it's on us. Don't ship anything back on your own. Just email us photos of the issue along with your order number, and we'll sort it out quickly with a replacement, missing parts, or a refund, whichever makes sense. Since we're a certified reseller of Patiowell and Keter, you're also fully covered by the manufacturer warranty.

How Refunds Work

Once your return arrives back to us, we give it a quick inspection to make sure everything's in order. After that, your refund goes straight back to your original payment method — you'll typically see it within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

How to Start a Return

It's easy:

1. Email us at contact@topshed.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back, and once it arrives, we handle the rest.
