Thanks for shopping with TopShed! We know that when you order a shed, you want it in your backyard as fast as possible — so here's exactly how shipping works with us, with no surprises.

Free Shipping, Always

Every single order ships free anywhere in the continental United States. No minimum order, no hidden fees at checkout, no "free shipping over $X" games. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. Simple as that.

As a certified reseller of Patiowell and Keter, everything we ship comes straight from official warehouses — genuine products, properly packed, and handled with care.

Processing Time: 2–3 Business Days

Once you place your order, our team gets to work. We verify your order, confirm stock, and prepare everything for shipment within 2 to 3 business days. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, so you know we've got it.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday — orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Shipping Time: 3–6 Business Days

After your order leaves the warehouse, delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days depending on where you live and the size of your item. Smaller items like cabinets tend to arrive faster, while the big sheds can take a little longer since they ship on freight.

In total, most customers receive their complete order within 5 to 9 business days from the moment they click "buy."

Important: Large Sheds Arrive in Multiple Boxes

Here's something worth knowing before your delivery day: the larger sheds (both Patiowell and Keter) are shipped in several numbered boxes, and those boxes don't always arrive on the same day — sometimes they're a day or two apart. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.

Our advice: wait until every numbered box has arrived before you start assembly. Check the box numbers against the list in your manual, and once everything is there, you're good to build.

Tracking Your Order

The moment your order ships, we'll email you the tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If a box seems delayed or the tracking hasn't moved in a few days, reach out — we'll chase it for you.
