We want you to be genuinely happy with what you bought from TopShed. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day it arrives to send it back.
To return an item, it needs to be unused and back in its original packaging, in the same condition it reached you. Once a shed has been assembled, though, we usually can't take it back, so it's worth being sure before you start building.
As soon as your return reaches us and we've had a quick look to make sure everything's in order, we'll refund you to your original payment method. That normally shows up within about 5 to 7 business days.
